At Aurea Nails, each set is handcrafted with care to meet our highest quality standards. Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we operate a strict returns policy as outlined below. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.

1. Your Right to Cancel

Under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, provided the item remains unopened, sealed, and in its original condition.

2. Non-Returnable Items (Hygiene Exemption)

For hygiene and health protection reasons, certain items cannot be returned once opened, in accordance with Regulation 28(3)(b) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

These include:

  • Press-on nail sets (once unsealed)
  • Nail glue, adhesive tabs, and any application-use products
  • Nail files, buffers, or tools that have come into contact with skin or nails

This policy aligns with standard industry practices for cosmetic and personal care products.

3. Final Sale Items

The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

  • Items purchased using discount codes or during promotional sales
  • Gift cards
  • Bundled or multi-item offers
  • Any item marked “Final Sale” at the time of purchase

4. Returning an Eligible Item

To return an eligible (unopened) item:

  1. Contact us at admin@aureanails.com within 14 days of delivery, including your order number and reason for return.
  2. Wait for written return approval before sending your item. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.
  3. Return the item in its original, unopened condition within 14 days of approval.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. We recommend using a tracked service, as Aurea Nails cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

5. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, and meets the conditions above, your refund will be issued within 14 days to your original payment method.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If a returned item is found to be opened, used, or not in its original condition, we reserve the right to refuse the refund and return the item to you at your expense.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at admin@aureanails.com, including:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the issue
  • Photographs of the outer packaging (if applicable)

Claims submitted after this timeframe may not be accepted. Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 remain unaffected.

7. Sizing Responsibility

We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for sizing-related issues. Each product page includes a detailed size guide to assist you before purchase.

If your set feels slightly off after opening, we recommend following our fit-adjustment guidance, as many minor sizing issues can be resolved easily.

8. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled prior to dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible and our standard returns policy applies.

9. Chargebacks

We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback.

Chargebacks filed without prior contact may result in restrictions on future purchases.
