Shipping Policy

At Aurea Nails, each set is handcrafted to order in small batches. We prioritise quality and attention to detail, and we appreciate your patience while your nails are carefully created.

1. Processing Time

As all sets are made by hand, please allow 3–5 business days for production and quality control prior to dispatch. Processing times exclude weekends and UK public holidays.

During peak periods (including product launches, seasonal releases, and holidays), processing may extend by an additional 1–2 business days.

2. Shipping Timeframes

Orders typically arrive within 8–14 business days, depending on your location. This includes both production and delivery time.

Estimated delivery times by region:

  • United Kingdom: 8–12 business days
  • United States: 10–14 business days
  • Rest of the world: 12–14 business days

Please note that all delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including courier disruptions, customs processing, or adverse weather conditions.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Free standard UK shipping on orders over £60
  • £3.50 flat-rate shipping on UK orders under £60

4. Express Shipping

Express shipping is not currently available. We are in the process of introducing an expedited service for select in-stock designs, both within the UK and internationally. Updates will be shared via our Instagram and newsletter.

5. Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking details. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to become available.

6. International Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included at checkout.

Aurea Nails does not have control over these charges and cannot estimate them. We recommend contacting your local customs authority for further information prior to placing an order.

7. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping details are accurate at checkout. Aurea Nails is not liable for orders that are lost, delayed, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

If a parcel is returned due to an address issue, the customer will be responsible for any re-shipping costs. If a refund is requested, original shipping fees are non-refundable.

8. Failed or Unclaimed Deliveries

If a parcel is refused, unclaimed, or returned to sender:

  • Refunds will apply to the product value only
  • Original shipping fees and any return charges incurred will be deducted

For international orders, refunds may not be issued if return shipping costs exceed the order value.

9. Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe:

  • Check your tracking link for updates
  • Contact the courier directly
  • Check with neighbours or your local delivery depot

If your parcel remains undelivered after:

  • 14 business days (UK)
  • 21 business days (International)

Please contact us at admin@aureanails.com with your order number so we can investigate.

Claims submitted outside these timeframes may not be eligible for review.

10. Risk of Loss

Responsibility for your order transfers to you once it has been handed to the shipping carrier. Aurea Nails is not liable for loss, damage, or theft after delivery has been confirmed.

11. Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please retain all packaging and provide clear photographs of both the parcel and contents. Contact us at admin@aureanails.com within 7 days of delivery.

Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted. Please refer to our Returns Policy for further details.

12. Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order has entered production (typically within 24 hours), it cannot be modified or cancelled. Please ensure all details are correct before placing your order.
