5. Pricing and Availability

All prices are listed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated and include applicable taxes where required by law. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

We reserve the right to:

  • Change prices at any time without notice
  • Correct pricing errors, even after an order has been placed
  • Refuse or cancel any order (including after order confirmation) where a pricing or stock error has occurred, with a full refund issued
  • Limit quantities purchased per customer, per household, or per order

6. Orders and Payment

An order is only confirmed once you receive a formal order confirmation email from us. Receipt of an order at our system does not constitute acceptance. We reserve the right to decline any order at our sole discretion.

Payment is processed at the time of order via our secure payment providers. By placing an order, you warrant that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

7. Shipping

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon handover to the carrier. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. Refused or unclaimed international parcels will not be refunded, including any return shipping fees.

8. Returns and Refunds

All returns are subject to our Returns Policy. Due to the hygienic nature of our products, opened or used items cannot be returned. Please read the full policy before purchasing.
